The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will visit Scandinavian countries

Official visit from the UKTheir Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall to the invitation of Their Majesties the King and Queen conduct an official visit to Norway in the period 20 to 22 March 2012.
The visit will take place on the occasion of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's 60-year government jubilee.

In Oslo included bekransning of the National Monument, dinner at the Palace, visit to the Prime Minister and a meeting with Norwegian youth in the program. The British heir to the throne during his visit to the couple also met young people who were on Utøya 22 July.

On the second day of the visit to Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla visit Bergen, where a concert in the Håkon's Hall and a visit aboard the British naval vessel HMS "Liverpool" is included in the program.

Sweden 22-24 March 2012

 The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will be making an official visit to Sweden on 22—24 March 2012 at the invitation of King Carl XVI Gustaf.

The visit is part of a tour of the Scandinavian countries to mark the 60th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II to the British throne.

The programme of the visit, taking place in and around Stockholm, will focus on sustainable environment, social cohesion and youth issues.

In the days of 24-27. March shall Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall official visit to Denmark, where the royal couple will be hosts.

The visit is based on the historical and diplomatic ties between the two countries and will include focus on green technology and new opportunities for trade.

During the official visit to the Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, among other things visit Avedøreværket, housing Gyldenrisparken, Citadel - where there will be greeted at the soldiers who have been deployed in Afghanistan - and to follow a Hamlet workshop organized by 'the Royal Shakespeare Company 'at Kronborg Castle.
Additionally, Your Royal Highnesses visit a university to look at innovative, green technology initiatives, as well as a sustainable, organic farming.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall's visit to Denmark finishing a voyage in the North, as Their Royal Highnesses carried out on 20 - 27 March as a prelude to the upcoming diamond jubilee of Queen Elizabeth. Earlier, Prince of Wales visited Denmark in december 2009 and Norway in May 2010. At this Nordic tour, the Prince's first official visit to Sweden, while the Duchess of Cornwall's first official visit in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
